How about a warm whisky cocktail to enjoy the winter season? Here’s my version of an infused whisky cocktail with Kashmiri Kahwa spices and floral earl-grey tea leaves. Super simple and a perfect nightcap!
This winter special serves as an all-time favourite for a dinner celebration or intimate parties. This time around, I incorporated Scotland’s No. 1 whisky - The Famous Grouse. Its smooth taste of dried fruit, soft spices and a hint of oak paired perfectly with a splash of honey.
The Vetiver and rose petals lend a unique twist to this combination while adding an interesting layer of earthiness to thefamousegrouse.
A delicious pudding in my glass. I am a huge fan of the traditional Christmas cake and wanted to recreate my version of it in a cocktail. Gingerbread with a dash of citrus peel and smoked cinnamon did the trick. I also added cocoa nibs to make it more flavourful and delicious. And the freshness of the vanilla bean made the cocktail so fragrant!
I gathered winter spices, orange peels and, soaked fruits together and macerated them with The Famous Grouse whisky for two days. The richness and smoothness of @thefamousgrouse worked beautifully with bitters and ice - my version of a festive old-fashioned with cherry bitters! Raise a toast and cherish it with your friends and family.
The best time of the year is finally here! Foraging my way through the mist and collecting fresh ingredients like delicious strawberries and citrus julep to whip up a flavourful cocktail.
A fun twist that I love is the addition of Japanese pink ginger. The sharp astringent taste of the berries and the smooth, perfectly balanced flavour profile of The Famous Grouse is absolutely refreshing. I am setting a brunch table with a picnic basket and spending the holidays with Scotland’s No. 1 whisky thefamousgrouse.
